We’re so thrilled you’ve found our tribe! Lights Out was born from a desire to bring back that feeling of dancing with your friends until the early hours — minus the heels, hangovers, and drama. No steps to learn, no teacher to follow — just a safe, supportive space where you can let go and dance how you feel.
So what happens at a Lights Out session?
We turn the lights down, crank the music up, and dance our hearts out for a full hour. No mirrors. No judgement. No pressure. Just you, the music, and the freedom to move however your body wants to. You might be dancing solo in your own little world, or feeding off the buzz of the group — there’s no right or wrong way to do it.
