Dancing for adults has never been so cool! If you’re looking for fun ways to get fit, lose weight, and exercise, then dancing in the dark is for you!
With an abundance of great health benefits for the mind, body, and soul, Lights Out is an exciting cardio session with a difference.
When the lights go out, we don’t care what we look like, how we dance, or what anyone else thinks. In the dark, we truly let go of inhibitions and JUST DANCE.

Silent Disco Under The Stars
If you’re looking for something extraordinary to do with your family, friends, or that special someone, join us as we step outside to dance under the stars and full moon once a month – Très Romantique 🖤
Our Silent Disco Under the Stars events provide an opportunity for the Gold Coast community to join our Lights Out tribe as we step out into the fresh air for some dancing fun beneath the stars.
