Our goal at Lights Out And Dance is to get as many people in our communities off their couches and onto our dance floors to participate in a fun form of fitness with many great benefits for our physical and mental health.

We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity and support to create your own Lights Out tribe and get your community dancing each week.

Starting your own tribe is a big commitment. It takes time, patience, dedication, and a genuine passion for music, dancing, and your community to make your session successful and sustainable. As the old adage says, “it won’t happen overnight, but it will happen.”

For this reason, we ask anyone interested in starting their own Lights Out session to research your community and surrounding areas and ensure there is no established dancing in the dark session.

We understand the time, energy, and work that goes into this and do not want to have a negative impact on anyone else’s session.

If there is, please note that we may politely decline your application depending on the distance between the established session and your proposed location. In this event, we highly recommend that you speak to your nearest one and see if you can get involved with theirs and help it to flourish and thrive, regardless of if it is part of the Lights Out And Dance wider family.
